Credit/debit card details will be requested at the time of booking for any appointment & block booking over 2 hours. Full payment will secure your reservation.
Late arrival policy
Please be punctual as lateness will have to be deducted from your appointment time.
However the management reserve the right to use their discretion in exceptional circumstances. Thank you.
Cancellation policy
Please allow 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or that are unattended will be charged a 50% cancellation charge.
All prices & treatments featured on this website supersede any prices or literature previously produced.
Prices are effective from the 1st December 2006. The management reserve the right to alter any treatment or price at any time without prior notice.
