Service is important in all aspects of the client journey. From booking their appointment to leaving the salon, clients want to feel special and individual at every step. The way every member of a salon team interacts with them adds to this feeling, complementing the skill with which they perfect each style. 

And that’s why Signature de Service is assessed by secret clients on a mission. They may look and act like all other clients, but over the last few months, mystery clients have visited each of our 400 participating salons across the United Kingdom and rated the care they received from the start to finish. Whether they would book a further appointment and become a repeat customer is intrinsic to the scoring - so by excelling at Signature de Service, you know every new customer you attract to your salon is likely to come back time and time again.

This year the deserved Signature de Service National winners (Sessions Hair, Health & Beauty Spa of Beverley) celebrated their achievements with the Kerastase team, at a wonderful High Tea awards ceremony at the London’s prestigious Ritz Hotel. Kerastase were fortunate to have partnered up with Tiffany & Co, famed as much for their impeccable service as for being personification of luxury, guaranteeing the event was both sumptuous and glamorous.

The Ritz’s Marie Antoinette Suite was transformed into a sublime world of Kerastase and Tiffany, complete with the famous ‘blue box’. Our Winners enjoyed a champagne reception and the world-renowned Ritz High Tea, as well as the all important award ceremony. It was a joyous occasion celebrating the achievement and success of the exceptional relationship between Kerastase and The Sessions Spa.

So congratulations to our proud Signature de Service regional winners and most especially to Georgina and Jimi Parkinson and their talented team from the Sessions Spa who were awarded the coveted 2007 National Kerastase Signature de Service award.
